During these times of COVID-19

DC Cycling Concierge make a bicycle tour of DC one of the safest activities you can do during the pandemic. Your tour is outside and being on a private tour, the only exposure you get is with me. I’m COVID vigilant for the safety of my guests and my own family. I wear a mask when we are close or inside and take every precaution I can to ensure our safety. Here is a list of the precautions I take to keep my guests safe:

• You’ll receive the liability waivers before our ride to sign on-line so there is not paper or pens

• I’ll be wearing a face mask when I greet you, while setting you up with your bike, and at anytime we are close or go indoors

• I will wipe your bike down once I deliver it, focusing on contact areas (grips, saddle, bell, etc.)

• I will greet you with a “namaste” to avoid the accidental handshake and keep a safe distance

• I have an assortment of masks for you to use and keep

• I’ll come with extra hand sanitizer

• Bicycling is safest when we have a little separation anyhow and I will choose places to stop where we can maintain safe social distancing

• I encourage you to bring a facemask for when we need to step indoors

• Payment for services is conducted via contactless payment

• And while I never like to cancel on my guests, I will not hesitate to do so if I’m not feeling well or experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19

In short, I’m not going to take any shortcuts or do anything to compromise your health and safety or mine.
